My ceramics depict popular Internet motifs such as fruit and ghosts that are reinterpreted to explore feminized themes of memory, obsession, loneliness and alienation. The sculptures reflect both the sentimentalized positive memories and the negative emotions experienced as a person grows and develops. Exaggerated childhood and teenage emotional life is given physical form in excessive and exuberant vessels.
